For five days in November, our kitchen celebrates St. Martin’s Day with a short menu of goose dishes.
St. Martin’s Day is Hungary’s traditional goose feast. We serve the classics with a modern touch – tender goose leg, goose liver brûlée, a warming goose broth and a seasonal dessert – aboard our restaurant boat on the Danube, looking out over Margaret Bridge and Buda Castle.
