General Terms and Conditions of the Vogue Wave Kft. Website

Please read these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) carefully before making a purchase on the Vogue Boat Restaurant website. By making a purchase, you accept the conditions set out herein.
1. Company information

2. Available products
Electronic gift vouchers (in PDF format) can be purchased on the website and will be sent to the specified email address following successful payment.
The vouchers:
are issued with a unique serial number,
can be used up to the indicated value or for the specified event,
validity period 180 days for vouchers with variable amount and 90 days for vouchers with fixed amount (indicated on the product page and on the PDF).
3. Purchase process
The customer selects the type and value of the voucher. Provides the required information (name, email, billing address). Accepts the GTC. Pays the total amount by credit card. After successful payment, the system sends the PDF voucher immediately to the provided email address.
4. Payment
Only credit card payment is accepted. Payments are processed securely by Global Payments. The website does not store any credit card data under any circumstances.
5. Invoicing
Gift vouchers are classified as multi-purpose vouchers; therefore, no invoice is issued at the time of purchase. Invoicing occurs upon redemption of the voucher:
For private individuals: the amount is entered into the cash register at the time of redemption, or an invoice is issued upon request.
For business customers: please notify us in advance via email or at the venue.
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of order without providing any reason, provided the PDF gift voucher has not yet been redeemed.
The intent to withdraw must be communicated clearly to the operator (e.g., via email). The value of the unused voucher will be refunded to the customer’s specified bank account within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice.
In case the voucher has already been fully or partially redeemed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
7. Terms of use
The voucher can be redeemed in full, at face value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given. The customer is responsible for ensuring the integrity and validity period of the voucher.
8. Data protection
Data provided during the purchase process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Complaints
In case of complaints, please contact us via email at office@restaurantvogue.hu We will investigate and respond to all complaints within 7 days of receipt.
10. Legal disputes
Hungarian law shall govern this GTC. In case of disputes, the parties will primarily seek an amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, the competent court is the District Court of Budapest XX., XXI. and XXIII. Districts.
Vogue Wave Kft. reserves the right to modify the GTC. Modifications become effective upon publication on the website.
